Quality of life changes and fixes

Patch Notes Version 1.3:

Fixed a bug where UI would appear before collecting the gun.

Added progress bars for interacts and character swapping.

Added in point of interest markers for the tutorial.

Lowered reflectivity of some materials that didnt scale properly with system specs.
